Gregor Acuña-Pohl (born 1971 in Hamburg, Germany) is a Spanish actor and multidisciplinary performing artist with a distinguished career in theatre, film and television. He trained in Dramatic Arts at the Instituto del Teatro in Seville, L’École Philippe Gaulier in London and the Teatro de la Abadía in Madrid, and has performed with major Spanish theatre companies including La Cuadra de Sevilla, Comediants, Tricicle and the National Classical Theatre Company. On screen, Acuña-Pohl has appeared in television series and films such as The Night Manager (BBC/Susanne Bier) and El Mundo Es Suyo, as well as a range of shorts and independent productions, including Jonás 18 and Ne Me Quite Pa. He also stars in the feature Joni pata de conejo (2023). In addition to acting, he is a seasoned director, stage director and dance dramaturg, having founded theatre companies and training programmes in Andalusia and worked as a collaborator with leading choreographers and opera companies. His work spans musical theatre education, dramaturgy for major dance works and international collaborations in contemporary performance.
