Tito Romalio Jr. (full name Efalio Tito Jose Romalio) was born in Jonava, Lithuanian SSR, USSR. His father, Tito Romalio Sr., was a well-known pop artist of Brazilian descent in the 1950s and 1960s (he starred in the films "The Adventures of Artyomka," "The Path of Thunder," "Black Sun," and "The Chief of Chukotka"). On the advice of director Mark Donskoy, in whose film "Hello, Children!" Tito co-starred with his brother Lol, in 1962 he entered the Vaganova Leningrad Academic Choreographic School, graduating in 1970 (specializing in choreography). After serving in the army, he worked as a dancer at the Lenkontsert concert organization. He participated in the 6th All-Russian Competition of Variety Artists and became a laureate in the "Dancers" category. He is included in the encyclopedia "In the World of Circus and Variety Art." He appeared in small cameos in the films "Amphibian Man," "The Testament of Professor Dowell," "The Island of Lost Ships," "Jack Vosmerkin - American," "Sea Devils-3" (episode 16), and the documentary "Amphibian Man: 40 Years Later." Since 1999, he has been engaged in teaching. He worked as a teacher-choreographer in cultural and educational institutions. Since 2004, he worked at the Sovremennik Children's Art Center. Together with his wife, Elena Evgenievna Uspenskaya, he founded the theatrical creative association "Globus." On May 11, 2010, Tito Romalio tragically died in St. Petersburg, Russia.
