At St. Cecilia, there's an influential and feared high school friend group known as Toxxxxin led by Aidao, Gale, Chelsea, and Meimei. When bullied scholarship student Junjai comes into their orbit, Aidao finds her to bear a striking resemblance to the girl haunting her dreams. The girls take her in and elevate her social status as they pursue dreams of modelling and designing. The real world, however, is no dream, and the girls are plunged into trials they've never had to face before.
